Rosemary C. Baggish, M.Ed., MPH
developed and directed therapeutic school programs for over two
decades at Yale Psychiatric Institute and The Institute of Living.
She has a Master’s Degree in Special Education (Boston College) and
Public Health Administration (Yale University). Rosemary has
consulted nationally to schools, colleges and hospitals regarding
model programming for children and adolescents with mental health
needs. She is the Founder and Director of Mental Health in Independent
School Communities (MHISC).
Rebecca A. Martin,
MPH, has worked in the fields of public health and education.
She has been a consultant to independent schools and developed a
social and health survey to provide recommendations for wellness
programs. Rebecca is founder and director of the Ivy Learning Center,
co-founder of a magnet program, and organizer of academic support
services for an athletic and academic enrichment program.
Peter H. Wells, Ph.D,
has had forty-two
years of independent school administrative experience as department
head, upper school head, dean of students, director of admissions, and
college counselor. For the last 25 years, he has been a
board-certified school psychologist, and as part of that role, has
directed 5 major school health surveys.
